Care-Wallet™ is a secure web platform and support system designed for people coordinating care for a loved one in a home-setting, either in-person or remotely.
If you are providing care or coordinating care for someone with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease, you have a special opportunity to participate in a study and also access support.

If you qualify for the study, you can access all the benefits of Care-Wallet for FREE.
- Create a comprehensive care plan for your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia
- Discuss specific concerns you have with experienced care managers with dementia expertise and will guide you through finding the appropriate solutions across the following:
- Healthcare coordination
- Medication management
- Personal safety inside and outside the home
- Daily activities
- Dementia behaviors
- Personal goals and care wishes
- Healthcare benefits through Medicare and Medicaid
- Finding respite and support
- Prioritize and track your care activities and manage caregiving confidently, with monthly check-ins and ongoing support from care managers

What happens next:
- A researcher from UMaine will reach out to you.
- If you qualify and participate, you will receive $100 compensation in exchange for completing three surveys and one interview.
